Privacy Policy

When you use Muncher, we collect the following information:

• Discord User Data — Your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and the list of servers you share with Muncher. Obtained via Discord's OAuth2 API when you log in to the dashboard.
• Server Activity Data — Message activity (XP/level tracking), moderation actions (bans, kicks, warnings, timeouts), and server membership information.
• Session Data — A signed session cookie stored in your browser to keep you logged in to the dashboard.

• To operate Muncher's bot and dashboard features (leveling, moderation logs, leaderboards).
• To authenticate you when you log in to the dashboard.
• To display your server statistics and moderation history.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

All data is stored in a SQLite database on our servers. We retain your data for as long as your server uses Muncher. If you remove Muncher from your server, you may request deletion of your server's data at any time.

We use a single signed session cookie to maintain your login state on the dashboard. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Muncher integrates with Discord's API. Your use of Discord is governed by Discord's Privacy Policy. We do not control how Discord handles your data.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Revoke Muncher's access to your Discord account at any time via Discord's Authorized Apps settings.

Muncher is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Muncher after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
