Terms of Service

By adding Muncher to your Discord server or using the Muncher dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Muncher.

Muncher is a Discord bot and web dashboard providing moderation tools, leveling systems, games, and other community management features. The service is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your country) and comply with Discord's Terms of Service to use Muncher. Server administrators are responsible for ensuring their use of Muncher complies with applicable laws and Discord's policies.

You agree not to use Muncher to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Circumvent Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Muncher service.
• Use the bot for spam, phishing, or other malicious purposes.

Your use of Muncher is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Muncher logs moderation actions (bans, kicks, warnings, timeouts) taken by server administrators. Server administrators are solely responsible for the moderation actions they perform using Muncher. We are not liable for any moderation decisions made by server staff.

We strive to keep Muncher online and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from service interruptions.

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Premium subscription terms, pricing, and refund policies will be detailed separately. We reserve the right to change pricing or discontinue premium features with reasonable notice.

Muncher, its logo, and all related software are the intellectual property of the Muncher team. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Muncher for any user or server that violates these Terms, without prior notice. You may stop using Muncher at any time by removing the bot from your server.

Muncher is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of the service for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Muncher team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Muncher after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
