Terms of Service

By adding Muncher to your Discord server or using the Muncher dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Muncher.

Muncher is currently in early access. The service is under active development and is provided in a pre-release state. By using Muncher — including by purchasing a Premium subscription, Ultimate subscription, or AI Mod boost pack — you acknowledge and accept that:

• Features may be incomplete, buggy, change without notice, or be removed entirely.
• The service may experience downtime, data loss, performance issues, or other interruptions, including extended outages.
• Settings, premium features, AI moderation capacity, leveling data, and other server data may be lost, corrupted, or reset during updates, migrations, or due to bugs.
• Documentation, marketing materials, and dashboard descriptions may not accurately reflect the current behavior of the bot.
• Bugs, broken features, missing features, or service interruptions are expected during early access and are not grounds for a refund.

If this is not acceptable to you, do not purchase a paid plan and do not use Muncher.

Muncher is a Discord bot and web dashboard providing moderation tools, leveling systems, games, and other community management features. The service is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your country) and comply with Discord's Terms of Service to use Muncher. Server administrators are responsible for ensuring their use of Muncher complies with applicable laws and Discord's policies.

You agree not to use Muncher to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Circumvent Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Muncher service.
• Use the bot for spam, phishing, or other malicious purposes.

Your use of Muncher is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Muncher logs moderation actions (bans, kicks, warnings, timeouts) taken by server administrators. Server administrators are solely responsible for the moderation actions they perform using Muncher. We are not liable for any moderation decisions made by server staff.

We strive to keep Muncher online and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from service interruptions.

Subscriptions. Premium and Ultimate plans are recurring monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe. They renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard's billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.

Refunds — subscriptions. Subscription fees are non-refundable, including (without limitation) for unused portions of a billing period, downtime, bugs, missing features, removed features, dissatisfaction with the service, or any other service interruption or defect. Given the early-access status of the service (see §2), each monthly payment should be treated as a payment for access during that period only, with no guarantee of feature completeness, uptime, or stability.

AI Mod boost packs. Boost packs are one-time purchases that add additional AI moderation capacity to a single Discord server. Capacity is delivered immediately upon successful payment and is consumed as your server uses the AI Mod feature. Capacity does not expire and is not transferable between servers.

Refunds — digital goods. Boost packs and any AI moderation capacity already credited to your server are non-refundable consumable digital goods. By completing a purchase you expressly agree that the capacity is delivered immediately and that you waive any statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to digital content.

Billing errors. The only situations in which we will consider issuing a refund are clear billing errors on our side — specifically, a duplicate charge for the same subscription period, or a charge processed after a cancellation took effect. Bugs, downtime, dissatisfaction with features, removed features, or changes to the service are not billing errors. To request a billing-error refund, contact billing@muncherbot.com within 14 days of the charge.

Pricing changes. We may change subscription pricing or boost pack pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions will continue at their current price until the next renewal cycle following any change. We may modify or discontinue premium features with reasonable notice.

Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback for a successfully delivered subscription period or boost pack may result in immediate suspension of premium features for the affected server.

Muncher, its logo, and all related software are the intellectual property of the Muncher team. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Muncher for any user or server that violates these Terms, without prior notice. You may stop using Muncher at any time by removing the bot from your server.

Muncher is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of the service for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Muncher team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Muncher after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
